At Magnolia House Care Home, we share a deep passion for ensuring that every day is an enriching experience for our residents. We believe in fostering an environment where residents continue to engage in activities that bring them happiness. Whether it’s strolling through our scenic gardens, socialising with friends and family, or exploring the vibrant town centre of Mansfield, each day holds the potential for new and fascinating experiences. We have our onsite Bar, Magnolia Arms complete with a Pool table and dart board, where we have regular
pub quizzes, activities and entertainers. You can also enjoy a pamper in our beauty parlour or a relaxing afternoon film in our cinema room.

Our dedicated activity coordinators go above and beyond to curate a diverse range of new, fun, and inclusive activities for our residents

From excursions out to exploring nearby attractions and shopping to dementia-friendly activities and tea dances, we make sure there are ample opportunities for residents and their visitors to participate in the fun.

We hold our residents’ independence and ability to take charge of their lives in high regard. Unlike traditional approaches, not all our activities are overseen by supervisors.

At Magnolia House, we empower our residents to take ownership of their lives, encouraging them to engage in activities that bring them joy and fulfilment without constant supervision.
