This week saw the Start of our Annual Boat Trips. Over the years we have come to love these outings and always have fantastic feedback. 

On these trips the residents and staff go to Newark and step on board the Newark Crusader. The men that run the trip then escort us on a ride in the residents chosen direction.

We enjoy a cuppa and picnic whilst taking in the sights and enjoying the (hopefully) sunny weather. Over the next two months we have another three trips taking place.

Alongside this we have also started out Ladies Day Club. Similar to the men’s morning we have been carrying out, we will now be having a ladies day each month. This month we are going for a shop and an afternoon tea giving the ladies a chance for some cake and a gossip.
